Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the RedCuby service and the rights and obligations of Users and the Administrator.

2. Definitions

• Service - RedCuby web application available at redcuby.pl
• User - person using the Service
• Account - User's individual account in the Service
• Administrator - owner of RedCuby Service

3. Conditions for Using the Service

Using the Service requires registration and Account creation. Users are obligated to provide accurate data and secure their access password.

4. Account Types and Payments

The service offers the following subscription plans:

• BASIC - basic plan with limited features
• STANDARD - extended plan with additional features
• PREMIUM - full access to all features

Payments are processed through Stripe. When a subscription expires, project access is blocked.

5. User Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to:

• Use Service features according to their chosen plan
• Manage their data and projects
• Delete their account at any time

Users are obligated to:

• Comply with Terms of Service
• Not undertake actions violating the law
• Not interfere with Service infrastructure

6. Liability

The Administrator makes efforts to ensure proper Service operation, however is not liable for technical interruptions or data loss resulting from User actions.

7. Account Blocking and Deletion

The Administrator reserves the right to block or delete a User's account in case of Terms of Service violations.

8. Changes to Terms

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Users will be notified of changes at least 7 days in advance.

9. Contract Termination

Users can delete their account at any time. Unused portion of subscription is not refundable.

10. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
